Maintenance service:
This product is free to repair for one year (except for man-made damage) and free of working hours for life.
Suzhou area will respond within 1 hour after receiving the repair call (no more than 48 hours at the latest). If it can not be solved in a short time, our company is willing to provide spare machine for customers to use until the solution is completed.
Other regions should respond within 1 hour after receiving the repair call: Express spare parts or on-site repair (the spare parts are sent out on the same day, and the specific door-to-door repair time should be determined with the customer)

Return and exchange principle:
1. The Seller shall be responsible for the replacement of the products within 7 days after delivery in case of the following circumstances, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the seller.
2. The product received by the customer does not match the model of the ordered product.
3. The product received by the customer does not meet the requirements of the order, resulting in the normal use.
4. The product has defects that cannot be used normally and cannot be repaired.
